Join a dynamic and collaborative environment were data drives decisions. As a Commercial Reporting Analyst, you will play a key role in empowering category and commercial teams by transforming data into meaningful insights for the teams based in Colombia.
In this role, you will work with multiple data sources to build, maintain, and enhance reports that support business performance and strategic decision-making. You will partner closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, translate them into actionable reporting solutions, and deliver insights that create real business impact.
Your Impact
As a Commercial Reporting Analyst, you will:
- Analyze business requests and provide effective solutions using existing reporting tools or by developing new capabilities
- Transform data from various sources into clear, actionable insights for business teams
- Continuously improve processes by identifying efficiencies and applying best practices
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports that support decision-making at different levels of the organization
- Collaborate with category and commercial teams to gather and document business requirements
- Monitor and manage reporting requests, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
- Identify, track, and resolve data or reporting issues, escalating when necessary
- Contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives to enhance reporting performance and user experience
- Support the development of functional documentation for reporting and analytics projects
Who Are We Looking For?
- Bachelor’s degree (or in progress) in Business Administration, Accounting, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in data analysis or reporting roles
- Strong understanding of business analytics and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms to analyze data.
- Experience working with multiple data sources and databases
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Ability to build dynamic dashboards and reports with different levels of detail
- Familiarity with data management practices and structured data models is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Basic English communication skills, both written and verbal
