ResponsibilitiesThe Opportunity
• The Business Analytics and Sustainment Developer contributes to PepsiCo Beverages North America’s success by developing relationships with our end users and helping them get to the answers they need to run the business through reporting.
• This position requires a person with a strong understanding of Food and Beverage Supply Chain as well as good interpersonal skills. The candidate should also be able to convert business requirements into technical and visa versa
Your Impact
As SC Engineer your responsibilities would consist of:
- Be the primary business contact for their respective SC Functional Area (Logistics, Planning, Manufacturing, Integration) working to ensure their end users can leverage reporting effectively o Own existing dashboards for their subject matter area. This includes:
- Enhancing existing dashboards
- Maintaining and updating front end logic o Lead End User Training o Assist in our Dashboard consolidation efforts to ensure the team supports the right work and metrics.
- Begin conversion of existing Tableau Dashboards into PowerBI
- Reading legacy SQL code understand the logic used o Converting Tableau LODs into DAX calculations
- Work with the Data Engineering team in building out PowerBI Data Models which all dashboards will be sourcing data from.
- Work with Strategic Initiatives to scale out projects and make them sustainable for the long term
Who Are We Looking For?
• Fluent in English• Bachelor's degree required; concentration in Supply Chain, Statistics, Engineering, Economics or Business preferred • 2-4+ years experience in Supply Chain Management/Operations • Experience in day-to-day business processes related to DSD and Warehouse Delivered Operations • Advanced understanding of Tableau and Power BI visualization tools • High proficiency with MS Office products particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook • Experience with troubleshooting VBA Macros • Beginner Level SQL skills, comfortable reading SQL code and writing basic queries • Working knowledge of Alteryx preferred but not required • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong organizational and time management skills • Strong written and oral communication skills • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to influence others • Demonstrated ability to leveraging system and tools
