What You'll Do
As a Last Mile Delivery Optimization you will play a key role in ensuring efficient last-mile delivery operations across multiple markets. Your responsibilities will include:
✅ Designing and Optimizing Delivery Routes – Create daily routing solutions that balance efficiency, cost, and service levels using specialized tools.✅ Collaborating Across Regions – Work closely with local sales and operations teams in different countries to tailor solutions to specific market needs.✅ Driving Process Improvement – Identify opportunities to enhance routing processes, streamline workflows, and implement best practices.✅ Managing Multiple Priorities – Operate in a dynamic scheduling environment, working five days a week (including some late afternoon/evening shifts) to align with front-line operations.
QualificationsWhat You Bring to the Team
We’re looking for a proactive and analytical professional who is eager to contribute and grow within our organization. The ideal candidate will have:
🔹 Education – bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Management, or a related field.🔹 Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
kills – Strong mathematical reasoning, ability to interpret metrics, and drive data-based decisions.
Flexibility to work night shifts to support global operations.
🔹 Self-Management & Organization – Ability to plan, prioritize, and execute tasks efficiently in a fast-moving environment.🔹 Excellent Communication – Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.🔹 Technical Proficiency – Familiarity with MS Office Suite and ability to learn new tools quickly.🔹 Experience in Operations – Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, planning, transportation, or manufacturing is a plus.🔹 Presentation & Visualization Skills – Ability to summarize complex information and present ideas effectively using diagrams and reports.🔹 Curiosity & Initiative – A proactive mindset, always looking for ways to innovate and improve processes.
