We are seeking a highly analytical and results-oriented Business Operations professional to drive operational efficiency, support strategic initiatives, and enhance overall business performance. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in process optimization, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities- Oversee and manage day-to-day business operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Analyze business processes, identify gaps, and implement improvements to optimize performance.
- Develop, track, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to leadership teams.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Product MasterData, IT) to align operational strategies.
- Drive strategic initiatives and support business planning and execution.
- Build dashboards and reports using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Manage budgets, forecast operational needs, and identify cost optimization opportunities.
- Lead and support projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- MBA/BTech with 6-8 years Experience in Sales & Business Operation role.
- Six Sigma Green Belt / Lean Certification (Good to have)
- PMP / Prince2 (Good to have)
- Data Analytics Certification

- Tools: MS Excel (Advanced), Power BI, Tableau
- ERP/CRM Systems: SAP CRM, Salesforce (Good to have)
