The North America region continues to expand and integrate, resulting in the emergence of projects that will require PGRE to collaborate with the business and develop execution strategies for the regional pipeline.
On average, North America manages 10-15 office projects, totaling approximately $20 million in capital expenditures across R&D, NA offices (avg 6/year), and corporate sectors. Medium to high complexity (low complexity will be managed by IFM provider)
This role will be closely involved in the strategy and implementation of the PEPNA Transformation and office hub initiative.
Additionally, this role will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining positive relationships with international stakeholders, developing processes, procedures, and KPIs, and serving as a liaison to ensure successful execution of PGRE's international supply chain and workplace projects.
The role will also oversee the relationship and provide guidance to regional partners in project management execution, including third party partners.
Responsibilities- Develop the vision and strategy for the NA region over the next 3-5 years
- Provide and manage pipeline for all NA Offices, R&D and develop program strategies
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders, provide monthly executive updates and dashboards, dynamic communications to help the business better understand the project process and governance to ensure all stakeholders have a clear understanding of project.
- Track and report the ROI of products/projects
- Develop project baseline, support on project PMO structure and team
- Partner with Finance and Procurement on regional / global initiatives
- Track and Report project KPIs and Metrics, with emphasis on Safety and PEP+ goals
- Ensuring project management strategic partners manage project budgets appropriately
- Managing risks and issues and taking corrective measurements
- Coordinating the projects and their interdependencies
- Managing and utilizing resources across projects
- Proactively communicate roadmap, milestones and outcomes for all real estate project deliverables to partners and stakeholders
- Assure compliance with PepsiCo’s Workplace Guidelines for office projects
- Work with GP and Strategic partners and assure they meet KPI standards
- This role is expecting to have a 25% of travel for the North America Region
Compensation & Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $123,500 - $206,750.

- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually.

- Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business or related field
- Master is a plus
- 7-10 years’ experience in corporate real estate, both office and supply chain.
- Skilled in project management and construction
- Mastery of financial modeling
- Experience implementing a workplace strategy on corporate global real estate projects
- Professional certifications like: MCR / PMP / LEED are a plus
