To build on our momentum, we are seeking a Business Development Lead to drive the strategic growth and P&L delivery of the Pepsi Lipton portfolio in the market through effective bottler partnership management. This role will translate global brand strategies into local market leadership by leveraging data‑driven insights, operational excellence, and portfolio premiumisation to accelerate sustainable growth.
Responsibilities- Lead Joint Business Planning with the bottler to deliver P&L, AOP targets, and sustained portfolio growth.
- Drive commercial strategy through effective NRM, optimizing price‑pack architecture and SKU mix to shift from volume to value.
- Define and execute best‑in‑class market execution across Modern Trade, Convenience, and Food service channels.
- Manage end‑to‑end innovation launches, ensuring strong visibility, trial, and premiumisation across key touchpoints.
- Build bottler sales capabilities, expand QSR/Foodservice presence, and track performance through robust forecasting and KPI reviews.
Experience & Skills
- 5–8 years in FMCG franchise or commercial management (beverage industry preferred).
- Proven ability to manage a P&L and influence independent bottlers through data‑driven persuasion.
- Deep understanding of the local retail landscape (e.g., Malaysia) including health‑conscious and relevant cultural consumer trends.
- Experience across multiple sales channels (Grocery, Away From Home, Convenience).
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, or equivalent.
