The Opportunity
This role is essential for optimizing HR operations, ensuring data accuracy and compliance, enhancing employee experience, facilitating decision-making, and supporting the organization's strategic objectives. By technical assistance, troubleshooting, and ensuring the smooth operation of HR-related electronic tools in LATAM. HR processes are efficiently supported by technology, and HR staff can utilize the tools effectively to enhance productivity and decision-making.
Your Impact
As HR Ops Analyst your responsibilities would consist of
- Technical Support: Provide basic technical assistance and troubleshooting to users who encounter issues while using HR systems
- Issue Logging and Tracking: Assist in logging and tracking user-reported issues or system malfunctions to ensure timely resolution.
- Documentation Maintenance: Help in updating and maintaining documentation, including user manuals and standard operating procedures for the Tools.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Participate in testing new features, upgrades, or changes to the Tools to ensure they function correctly and meet requirements.
- Interface Support: Work with other IT teams to ensure smooth integration between HR ools and other systems.
- Data Integrity and Security: Assist in maintaining data integrity and implementing security measures to protect sensitive HR data
- User Experience Enhancement: Contribute ideas to improve the user interface and usability of the Tools based on feedback and observations.
- Compliance Support: Assist in ensuring that the Tools comply with relevant HR policies, data protection regulations, and industry standards.
- Project Support: Assist in supporting HR Tool implementation projects, providing input and completing assigned tasks as required.
¿Who Are We Looking For?
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics or related field of study.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in HR data management, with a focus on data governance preferred.
- Knowledge of HR systems and processes, including HRIS, and Payroll.
- 2+ years of performance measurement and/or reporting experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Advanced English proficiency (fluent, both written and spoken), with the ability to communicate effectively in technical and business contexts.
- Advanced knowledge in Excel, Power Point, Word.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify data inconsistencies and errors.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: The capability to identify issues, evaluate alternatives, and develop practical solutions. Administrative analysts should be able to think critically and approach problems with a solution-oriented mindset
