Job Overview:-
The Integrated Business Planning Manager will be responsible for the business planning function for PepsiCo ANZ Foods. This role will drive the lBP within the ANZ Foods that is aligned with the overall strategic goals of the company, driving cross-functional efficiency and agility across various functions such as such as Commercial, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance.
ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning & Execution:
- Supports and leads the IBP process, framework and governance for AUF.
- Prepares and consolidates the monthly IBP materials, working closely with key stakeholders, facilitators and chairs.
- Supports cross-functional collaboration for insights, deep dives and actions to build business scenarios for decision making.
- Ensures the proper cascading of inputs/outputs to drive visibility, understand actions and timings.
- Facilitates and serves as the escalation point for issues that arise in the short-term S&OE demand and supply planning processes.
Performance Management:
- Oversee the development and tracking of key business metrics and process metrics.
- Drives continuous improvement initiatives to enhance IBP within the AUF market, including planning accuracy and operational efficiency
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Acts as a key point of contact for different stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations on IBP-related performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to resolve issues and implement process improvements & forum effectiveness.
- Drives accountability and ownership in the delivery of identified opportunities arising out of IBP.
- Understand S&OP process (awareness of IBP activities will be a plus)
- Functional experience in Demand Supply and Financial Planning
- Business and financial acumen
- Possess strong work ethic, organization and people skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and with multiple stakeholders to influence and gain commitment at all levels of the organization
