Обязанности:
  • Fulfill company’s sales plan by monthly/annual categories and brands;
  • Management, support, and development of the team of sales representatives;
  • Execution and implementation of defined sales/trade marketing activities to achieve planned results;
  • Route planning for sales representatives in accordance with company-defined criteria to ensure maximum route efficiency;
  • Implementation and control of pricing, discount, and bonus policies within the assigned territory;
  • Negotiation of trade terms with clients and continuous monitoring of compliance with those terms;
  • Control of the quantity and physical condition of trade equipment/refrigerators within the assigned territory.
Требования:
  • Higher education;
  • At least 5 years of work experience in the sales (FMCG) field;
  • Experience in team management;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Ability to conduct negotiations;
  • Analytical thinking;
  • Fluent in Georgian, English – B1+ level;
  • Knowledge of office programs;
  • Category B driving license and ownership of a personal vehicle.
