Обязанности: - Fulfill company’s sales plan by monthly/annual categories and brands;
- Management, support, and development of the team of sales representatives;
- Execution and implementation of defined sales/trade marketing activities to achieve planned results;
- Route planning for sales representatives in accordance with company-defined criteria to ensure maximum route efficiency;
- Implementation and control of pricing, discount, and bonus policies within the assigned territory;
- Negotiation of trade terms with clients and continuous monitoring of compliance with those terms;
- Control of the quantity and physical condition of trade equipment/refrigerators within the assigned territory.
Требования: - Higher education;
- At least 5 years of work experience in the sales (FMCG) field;
- Experience in team management;
- Strong communication skills;
- Ability to conduct negotiations;
- Analytical thinking;
- Fluent in Georgian, English – B1+ level;
- Knowledge of office programs;
- Category B driving license and ownership of a personal vehicle.
