Overview (English) Responsibilities (English)- Managing production continuity on the shop floor, including full supervision of all floor employees
- Personal and professional management of production line workers, including breaks and shift scheduling
- Full operation of the production floor in the most efficient way, minimizing impact on production and output, while coordinating with technicians
- Maintaining quality and safety standards, in coordination with the quality and safety departments
- Direct reports include production workers, material handlers, patrol staff, and production reporting personnel
- Full proficiency in Hebrew; basic knowledge of English (reading/writing)
- Basic knowledge of Excel
- At least two years of experience managing 20 employees from diverse backgrounds
