Overview

Reporting to the Head of Sales, the Key Accounts Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with major retail accounts.

Responsibilities
  • Managing relationships with assigned accounts
  • Developing and implementing trade marketing plans
  • Maintaining promotional calendar
  • Maintaining account meeting calendar
  • Achieving quarterly and annual sales budgets
  • Identifying and implementing correct product range into accounts
  • Negotiating trading terms within agreed guidelines
  • Attending accounts meetings as required
  • Monthly and quarterly reporting on assigned accounts
  • Weekly accounts meetings with Head of Sales
  • Weekly sales forecast updates
  • Monthly update of accounts overview form
  • Price list maintenance
  • Implementation of planograms and merchandising expectations
  • Manage trade marketing budget within agreed guidelines
  • Complete account meeting summary reports as required
  • Conduct quarterly store visits across all regions and report on results
  • Develop ISS for all accounts and communicate to sales team
