Reporting to the Head of Sales, the Key Accounts Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with major retail accounts.
Responsibilities- Managing relationships with assigned accounts
- Developing and implementing trade marketing plans
- Maintaining promotional calendar
- Maintaining account meeting calendar
- Achieving quarterly and annual sales budgets
- Identifying and implementing correct product range into accounts
- Negotiating trading terms within agreed guidelines
- Attending accounts meetings as required
- Monthly and quarterly reporting on assigned accounts
- Weekly accounts meetings with Head of Sales
- Weekly sales forecast updates
- Monthly update of accounts overview form
- Price list maintenance
- Implementation of planograms and merchandising expectations
- Manage trade marketing budget within agreed guidelines
- Complete account meeting summary reports as required
- Conduct quarterly store visits across all regions and report on results
- Develop ISS for all accounts and communicate to sales team
