We are looking for a National Key Account Executive to join our team in Istanbul.

The role will be mainly responsible for achieving volume and profit objectives within İstanbul-based local customers through productive relationships, planning and execution aligned with Pepsico sales and growth strategy; driving joint business planning and category-focused initiatives with each customer to secure sustainable share growth, optimized trade investments, and best-in-class in-store execution.

Responsibilities
  • Drive of local customer long term strategy and roadmap (supporting National Selling Assoc Manager, National Selling Leader)
  • Understand local customer economics & business goals and strategy and turn them into joint profitable growth strategic plans in line with PepsiCo ambitions.
  • Build Customer Growth Plans enabling RD channel strategy and leading PepsiCo xFunctional teams
  • Develop customer relationships strategically across their contact matrix, and lead internal team to integrate with customer cross functionally
  • Establish PepsiCo as a top selling supplier via best-in-class supply chain, Joint business planning and category growth by moving cross functions to deliver against these channel’s needs
  • Develop portfolio strategy with NRM and commercialization team touching 3 horizon as pack/price architecture, multipacks, new demand spaces
  • Ensure PepsiCo products are unmissable on platforms with right digital merchandising, continuously improving with data analysis and automation (making decisions and providing consultation)
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in an organized trade environment.
  • Exposure and understanding of category management principles within the organized trade environment.
  • Basic computing skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Fluent English & Turkish
