ResponsibilitiesThe Opportunity
The Senior Manager of IT Vendor Relationship Management (VRM) oversees a team of managers and analysts responsible for understanding the business and technology needs, agreements, and relationships with suppliers.This role is tasked with facilitating dispute resolution, managing changes to services, driving continuous improvement initiatives, engaging new strategic suppliers, and coordinating quarterly business reviews with IT leadership. The primary objective is to manage and enhance the performance of strategic S&T service providers, ensuring cost reductions while maintaining high standards of quality and performance to meet business outcomes.
Your Impact
As Technology Strat & Innov Sr Manager your scope would consist of:
Manage capability leads and vendors to ensure optimal performance.Oversee VRM process areas (relationship, contract, performance, and resource management) to align the company and strategic service providers.Collaborate with key stakeholders in global finance, IT infrastructure, legal, and procurement to ensure effective management of strategic IT supplier agreements.Lead the VRM team in monitoring, evaluating, and reporting on supplier performance, including audits, risk assessments, and compliance activities.Chair and participate in VRM meetings to establish productive relationships with strategic service providers and ensure alignment on goals, performance, and dispute resolution.Establish and maintain balanced performance metrics for business, customer satisfaction, and financial health.Ensure consistent methodology for reporting metrics across all IT suppliers.Drive financial performance and cost savings strategies through rigorous analysis to meet financial objectives.Develop and implement continuous performance improvement plans for supplier services.Maintain comprehensive knowledge of service agreements to drive compliance and quality management.Address escalated issues decisively to ensure timely resolution of performance or contract disputes.Participate in the development and approval process for significant contract changes with key IT and procurement stakeholders.Leverage relationships with service providers to guide the adoption of service delivery innovations.

ManTechSkills - Supplier and Vendor Management: Expertise in managing relationships with IT service providers, including contract negotiation, performance management, and compliance.
IT Contract Management: Strong understanding of complex global IT contracts and outsourcing agreements, including the ability to review, manage, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
Service Delivery Management: Experience in overseeing the full lifecycle of service delivery, from strategy development through execution and steady-state operations, ensuring IT services meet business needs.
