ResponsibilitiesThe Opportunity
Act as the strategic People Business Partner for two manufacturing sites and keys administrative areas, leading the people’s agenda in alignment with business objectives. Ensure the effective execution of core People processes, including talent management, employee engagement, organizational development, labor relations, and performance management, in a highly dynamic and operationally complex environment. Play a key role in driving business transformation by equipping operational leaders to simplify processes, embrace HR digitalization, and foster a data-driven culture with increased ownership of people matters. Act as a catalyst for cultural evolution, drives business transformation and a digital mindset, creating a high-performance environment where leaders are empowered to lead change, inspire their teams, and embed the people’s agenda into day-to-day operations. Champion initiatives that strengthen the leadership pipeline, reinforce cultural behaviors, and position HR as a strategic partner in driving business results.
Your Impact
- Act as the primary HR liaison for plant and administrative leadership teams, aligning people strategies with business priorities
- Advisor in action plans related to engagement, culture, and retention
- Support labor relations processes and collective bargaining initiatives
- Ensure execution of key HR cycles: performance management, talent review, succession planning, and people development
- Build and execute robust succession and bench pipelines to ensure long-term talent readiness and internal mobility
- Drive the design and implementation of org. structures aligned with global design principles and strategic business needs
- Act as a People Partner to "Accelerate Digitalization agenda by execution of: STL (DVC & Full Package Automation); ITA(Baling Automation)
- Foster high-performing teams through the deployment of PepsiCo’s SUPER5 methodology
- Serve as an internal consultant for leadership and cultural assessments, providing actionable insights for team and individual development
- Coach and develop frontline and mid-level leaders to act as owners of the people agenda
- Partner with Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated HR solutions
- Leverage people analytics to generate insights and support data-driven workforce decisions
