We are looking for a Key Account Manager to support the management of strategic customers within the Traditional / Convenience channel. This role is an excellent opportunity to develop commercial expertise in a fast‑paced FMCG environment, contributing to top‑line growth through strong execution, analytics, and customer partnership.
Responsibilities- Support the day-to-day management of key accounts within the channel
- Contribute to the development and execution of annual commercial and promotional plans
- Analyze sales performance, margins, market share and promotional effectiveness
- Track KPIs and proactively identify growth opportunities
- Prepare commercial proposals, customer presentations and performance reviews
- Work closely with Trade Marketing and Field Sales teams to ensure flawless in-store execution
- Support and gradually lead customer negotiations in line with company strategy
- Ensure correct implementation of agreed campaigns and in-store activations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Economics or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in FMCG (Sales, Trade Marketing, Category Management or similar) – mandatory
- Previous exposure to Key Account Management is a plus
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency
- Fluency in Portuguese and English
