The appliances Commercialization Manager is leading the go-to-market planning and execution for new products of SodaStream’s Small Domestic Appliances (SDA) category. This role bridges the gap between product development, marketing, sales & various cross functions —ensuring innovations and move from concept to shelf successfully, on time, and with strong market impact. The position requires a deep understanding of project management practices and governance, along with proven experience in leading cross-functional project teams to execute projects with excellence—delivering the right product, at the right time, in the right quantity, to the right market.

- Team management: focus on leading and guiding a team of project managers, assigning projects to the team, ensuring clear goals and objectives are being set, facilitating communication, providing coaching and development opportunities, managing performance, resolving conflicts, and ensuring the team has the necessary resources to succeed

- Manages overall project timeline and process for new innovations across categories.

- Owning the end-to-end project planning and execution along with seamless execution of tasks based on the project timeline.
- Stakeholder management to achieve an aligned opinion on various stages of the project.
- Working with cross functions to ensure working through challenges like resources, financials, constraints & timely decision making while following the innovation process.
- Risk Identification and assessment at early stages of the project and planning a mitigation strategy.
- Strong communication with the leadership on timely basis to enable informed decision making.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute commercialization strategies for new appliances launches, including timelines, budgets, and cross-functional alignment.
- Market Readiness: Coordinate pre-launch activities including market research, consumer testing, packaging development, and pricing strategy.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with R&D, marketing, supply chain, and sales teams to ensure product readiness and a seamless market launch.
- Product Positioning: Work with marketing to define unique selling propositions (USPs), to ensure commercializing only meaningful initiatives that meet the company thresholds (meaningful size of prize and compliances with the company’s strategy).
- Innovation Pipeline: Support the product development team and supply chain, built roll-out plans for new products to meet commercial potential and consumer demand.
- Successful launch: Monitor in-market performance of launched products to ensure successful launch of all commercialized initiatives.
- Learn & Develop: Stay on top of trends in project management practices develop the team and the WoW to ensure excellence in execution, build and maintain learning capabilities to ensure seamless delivery for future initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- MBA is a plus.
- 8+ years of experience in product commercialization, product management, or brand marketing preferably within the SDA, FMCG .
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end product lifecycle.
- Proven track record of launching successful consumer products.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.
- Analytical mindset with strong business acumen.
