Responsibilities

The Opportunity

This role serves as the primary liaison between PBNA Procurement and Finance and is responsible for financial oversight of Flex categories, including Labels, Shrink, BIB, and Hicone. The position leads the analysis, validation, and reporting of commodity spend, inflation, and productivity, ensuring full alignment with the Global Procurement (GP) framework.

Your Impact

As SC Fin Sr Analyst your responsibilities would consist of:

• Lead the annual consolidation and submission of Net Commodity Inflation for FCST and AOP.• Analyze and explain Net Commodity Inflation actuals and forecasts, identifying key variance drivers (price, volume, mix).• Lead Passback analysis and close, ensuring accurate tracking and key variances.• Validate, consolidate, and report Productivity results in PowerSteering in alignment with Procurement and Finance.• Perform monthly Net Spend analysis, ensuring alignment with Procurement strategies.• Conduct Market Price vs. Forecast sensitivity analyses to assess financial exposure and support decision-making.• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance of reporting with the Global Procurement framework and PBNA financial standards.• Act as the primary point of contact between Procurement, Finance, and Controlling for commodity-related financial analysis and reporting.

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

Education

Bachelor’s degree required; Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.

Experience

• 3–4 years of experience in Finance, preferably in FP&A, Procurement Finance, or cost analysis roles.• Strong experience in forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling.• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to influence business decisions.• Ability to assess macroeconomic trends and understand their impact on commodity costs and business performance.• Experience building and maintaining financial models and scenario analyses.
