The Beverage Designer at PepsiCo is a senior creative role responsible for leading end-to-end design development across beverage brands. This role drives design excellence, elevates brand identity, and ensures impactful visual storytelling across packaging, campaigns, and innovation projects. The position requires a strong balance of creative vision, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management to deliver best-in-class brand experiences in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Lead the end-to-end design process from concept to execution across packaging, key visuals, and integrated campaigns.
- Translate brand strategy into compelling and culturally relevant design solutions.
- Ensure high standards of design excellence and consistency across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, insights, innovation, and external agencies.
- Manage and guide external partners (agencies, production, vendors) to deliver quality outputs on time.
- Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers, fostering team growth and capability.
- Drive innovation by exploring new design trends, tools, and approaches within the beverage category.
- Present design concepts clearly to stakeholders and senior leadership, articulating rationale and impact.
• • Oversee artwork development, ensuring alignment with production requirements and brand guidelines.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 6–8+ years of experience in branding, packaging, or integrated design (FMCG experience preferred).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality brand and packaging work, ideally within beverages or consumer brands.
- Proven ability to lead projects independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong understanding of brand systems, typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, matrix organization.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
