This role pertains to the FPC Integrator Analyst role, responsible for end-to-end A&M financial management and supporting Innovation initiatives while acting as a central point of contact for cross-functional stakeholders. The role requires strong ownership, proactive partnering, and the ability to stay on top of multiple priorities. Key responsibilities include monitoring budget vs actual A&M spend, driving variance analysis, reviewing accruals and P&L with CFO and Controls, and ensuring accurate, timely close in collaboration with the Navigator. The Analyst maintains close alignment with CAMs, coordinates FIFO and settlement processes, partners with PCS for postings, and ensures timely approvals and closures through effective communication and follow-ups.
ResponsibilitiesThis PAQ pertains to the FPC Integrator Analyst role, responsible for managing end-to-end A&M activities, managing Innovations, and addressing ad hoc business requirements. The role also supports the Navigator during the monthly close and forecasting cycles to ensure a smooth and accurate close.
Key responsibilities in A&M include monitoring budgeted versus actual A&M spend, reviewing accrual summaries with the CFO and controls team, and validating P&L figures. The analyst will maintain regular alignment with CAMs on a monthly basis, coordinating the finalization and FIFO release process. This includes supporting settlement documentation, collaborating with PCS for posting entries in the books, and ensuring timely follow-ups for approvals and closure.
Qualifications- Min 7 years' experience in Finance Planning position (experience in FOBO business a plus)
- CA/MBA/CMA required
- TM1 experience a PLUS
- Highly analytical skills needed
- Strong understanding of business processes related to financial planning, control and auditing.
- 100% fluent in English
