Keep Shanghai R&D pilot plant normal operation (trail operation, warehouse management, equipment maintenance) to quickly support product/process development
Responsibilities 1.Production operation:
•Operate all kinds of Bev / Food pilot equipment
•Make trial products based on guidance provided by Product / Process development team
•Complete all daily GMP tasks including equipment CIP
•Record keeping for operations
2.Safety awareness
•Strictly operate the equipment according to the SOP
•Implement all safety program in production / warehouse area
•Monitor and report any risk / near miss / error to manager
3.Quality and food safety
•Assist to implement and improve pilot plant quality system
4.Warehouse operation
•Warehouse management, keep good GMP condition in warehouse
•Goods receiving / delivering and recording
•Inventory check
5.Equipment maintenance
•conduct daily maintenance as guided by maintenance engineer or equipment vendor
•Assist maintenance engineer or equipment vendor to conduct equipment preventive maintenance and troubleshooting
Qualifications •Graduated from college or above majoring in foods, engineering or processing
•Familiar with food or beverage processing / filling equipment operation
•Able to communicate clearly with manager/peers from various functions
•1-2 years of working experience in food or beverage manufacturing plant or R&D is preferred
