The Total Rewards Analyst supports the execution of Total Rewards strategy and programs by delivering accurate and timely TR administration, transactions, and reporting in line with agreed service catalogs and SLAs. The role partners closely with PBPs, HRDs, the TR Lead, and key stakeholders, supporting core processes such as PMP and Salary Planning. The analyst ensures high-quality customer service while leveraging HR systems and applying strong Total Rewards processes, policy, and compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation and roll‑out of Europe Total Rewards programs and policies
  • Actively participate in the full salary planning cycle, including market survey submissions (KF Hay, Mercer), job matching, market pricing and benchmark analysis, modeler preparation, and development of merit and salary range movement recommendations.
  • Lead the execution of the annual Performance Management Process (PMP), providing strong support to the TR
  • Lead and PBPs through data preparation, accuracy checks, communication readiness, budget and rating analysis, and compensation summary management.
  • Deliver Total Rewards services and processes in line with agreed scope, SLAs, and KPIs, ensuring high levels of customer service and operational excellence.
  • Support TR Lead and PBPs with data analytics, insights, and costing scenarios to support Labor Relations and business decision‑making.
  • Ensure full compliance with legal, company, and governance requirements, escalating complex topics as needed and taking ownership of resolution.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for service delivery and process improvements within the assigned scope.
  • Maintain accurate process documentation, support knowledge management updates, act as an SME for assigned processes/tools, and support team knowledge sharing and onboarding activities.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Total Rewards, with strong knowledge of TR processes, policies, and principles.
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR Shared Services or HR Operations, including SLA and service delivery management, preferably in a large-scale global environment.
  • Proven experience working with service management and ticketing systems.
  • Strong customer orientation with a demonstrated track record of high-quality service delivery.
  • Solid process management and continuous improvement mindset, with a focus on optimization and productivity.
  • Experience collaborating across different geographies, with strong cultural awareness and sensitivity.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with business leaders and HR partners.
  • Strong technical and functional knowledge of HR systems and tools, with a specific focus on Total Rewards.
