Role Overview
- Leading L4 Team Supervisors that oversee the work of 48 hourly associates with varying levels of experience and education
- Responsible for people and team development, quality performance, cost, service and safety
- Develop team supervisors and the team to solve operational issues
- Motivate the team to achieve performance targets
- Support Team Supervisors as they coach team members to use the process and facilitate problem solving on the floor. Administer policies and procedures. Initiate and implement projects
- Coach team to facilitate problem solving
- This position must have the ability to work an off shift
- Provide high level of customer service to local sales team
- Implement and lead team through any GTM (Got to Market) changes within the DC (Distribution Center)
- Foster a safe culture and environment, by adhering to all safety practices and policies.
- Develop team supervisors to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short & long term performance goals
- Communicate cross-functionally to assist team to solve operational issues
- Motivate team supervisors and team members to achieve plan goals
- Organize and facilitate work team meetings
- Solve daily operational issues
- Strong collaborations with the Sales Team and is one of the main points of contact of site communication
- Foster a positive team culture, that creates a high performing team
- Administer policies and practices, as well as frontline accountability
- Initiate and implement projects
- Conduct presentations and formal training programs
- Improve team communication and engagement
- Ability to think quickly, creatively and challenge team to do the same
- High drive for results
- Need to be able to work on the floor
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $73,400 - $122,850.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually.
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Must have a college degree. Preferred degrees in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or related major
- Demonstrated leadership ability and highly motivated self starter
- Ability to work in an unstructured environment with the ability to make tradeoff decisions quickly
- Demonstrated ability to work in a results oriented, challenging environment
- Effective coaching, facilitation, presentation, and team building skills
- Open to moderate travel
- 2+ years of leadership experience
- 2+ years of warehouse experience
- Microsoft office experience
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Authorized to work in United States on a permanent basis Must be 18 years of age or older
- Willingness to work off shifts, weekends, & holidays
