SodaStream International is seeking an IT Compliance asst Analyst, ideal for recent graduates, to join our IT Controls team. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate looking to develop practical IT auditing experience and analytical skills, with a strong focus on Excel-based data analysis. Candidates with a university degree are strongly preferred.

• Assist in documenting standards, processes, and procedures for security incident response.
• Analyze data from various SodaStream systems, primarily using Excel.
• Develop reports to support the Controls Team and stakeholders in monitoring and controlling systems data.
• Identify and help mitigate risks.
• Recommend and implement process improvements.
• Monitor implementation of corrective actions.
• Coordinate and respond to audit requests.
• Support pre-audit planning for quarterly audits.
• Assist in creating automations to improve IT controls processes.
• Collaborate closely with IT Partners, Application Owners, and other stakeholders.

• BA/B.Sc. in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Management, or a related field. Preference for candidates with a university degree.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Solid IT skills, including Email, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build professional relationships at all levels.
