Our Netherlands Logistics Centre (NLC) in Tilburg supports the European market by refilling gas cylinders, packing and distributing SodaStream products.

Responsibilities

During your internship you will work on your own project within our operations where you will:

  • Lead a Continuous Improvement project in production,
  • Use A3/DMAIC methodology with a focus on efficiency,
  • Apply Lean tools and implement practical improvements,
  • Define sustainable control actions that support the daily operations,
  • Assist in other OpEx tasks and cross-functional collaboration between departments such as QESH, Supply Chain, and Production.

This internship is designed to be hands-on and deliver real, visible impact in production. And you will work closely with the OpEx Engineer.

Qualifications

Education: HBO/Bachelor level, preferably in Industrial Engineering and Management (Technische Bedrijfskunde) or a similar study.

Skills: Stakeholder & project management, pro‑active mindset, a structured solution‑oriented way of thinking, and eager to learn. Experience with continuous improvement methodologies is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office is required.

Language: Excellent English skills.

Availability: Minimum 4-month internship, 32 hours/week on site.
