We´re looking for the Head of Sales B&M for our Sodastream Business Unit (part of PepsiCo Beverage BU).
THE OPPORTUNITY
This role will be responsible for leading the Sales Team, defining and executing Modern & Traditional Trade Channels growth strategies, building and developing Customers relationships and ensuring sustainable sales, profitability, and market share growth.
The role requires a highly proactive commercial profile capable of opening new accounts, developing existing customers and becoming the key interface between SodaStream and Retailers, ensuring optimal visibility, product availability, and promotional implementation
THE IMPACT
- Lead the sales strategy across Modern Trade and Traditional Trade
- Develop and execute growth plans to increase Sell-in & Sell-Out performance
- Manage KKAA relationships and lead high-level commercial negotiations
- Deliver sales forecasts and periodic sales reports
- Develop and implement promotional, pricing, and merchandising plans
- Ensure fast and effective market penetration of NPD launches
- Analyze business performance (sell-in, sell-out, P&L) to drive decision-making.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams
- Lead, coach, and develop the sales teams
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

- 8–10+ years of experience in retail sales or account management within FMCG companies.
- Proven experience leading teams and managing key accounts.
- Strong analytical skills and results-driven mindset.
- Excellent negotiation, influence, and leadership capabilities.
- Proactive, resilient, and growth-oriented profile.
- High level of commercial initiative and autonomy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Commercialization or related fields.
- Advanced English
