Overview

The Change Manager will focus on C&C GCC end to end transitions responsible for driving change execution across both sending and receiving markets, ensuring alignment of processes, people, and ways of working throughout the full transition lifecycle. The role orchestrates core change and transition activities including integrated communication planning, multi‑function training and capability readiness, knowledge‑transfer governance, adoption risk management, and stakeholder engagement across business, functional, and enabling teams.

This role provides structured oversight of end‑to‑end readiness—tracking impacts, interdependencies, and adoption indicators across multiple functions to ensure smooth go‑lives and consistent, sustainable uptake of new processes within the GCC model. The Change Lead partners closely with HR, functional SMEs, Transition Management, and GCC leadership to maintain change networks, manage risks and issues, and ensure all transition tasks, templates, and deliverables adhere to established change standards.

Ultimately, the role strengthens workforce readiness across the value stream and supports post‑implementation stabilization to embed new operating models and sustain long‑term adoption.

Responsibilities
  • Leverages established CM methodologies/tools to develop and execute the strategic plan supporting and implementation, execution and adoption supporting GCC next chapter.
  • Leads the change management for global functional teams including setting change strategy and managing transitions.
  • Role will manage all change management deliverables including change plan, leadership alignment, communications, change impacts, training/Super Users, Change Agent Network and value realization
  • Oversee the communication strategy and works with key stakeholders to develop communications plans
  • Oversee the training strategy and works with key stakeholders to develop training plans Develops and maintains relationships with key stakeholders in the organization
  • Develop strategy to engage and successfully maintain strong relationships with global and functional leadership teams Successfully translates theoretical approaches, past experiences and business needs into practical plans and manage / ensure the successful end to end delivery
  • Ensure change management approaches are deployed, risks and issues are managed and mitigated, and an approach of post implementation continuous improvement is embedded Drives, monitors and manages change workstream delivery – ensuring key milestones are met on time and on budget Works with relevant stakeholders (including SMEs) to build change management
  • Understanding and ensure leaders are prepared to effectively lead and embed change with their teams. Manages change related interdependencies across workstreams within the project
Qualifications
  • Masters Degree in HR, Organizational Development, Communications or related field required;
  • Minimum of 10-14 years industry experience with strong knowledge and working experience with change management, organizational design, organization culture, and business transformation. Strong expereience in Change Management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite of applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint etc.
