- Verified critical controls points
- Plant Hygiene inspections and implementation of corrective actions
- Inline QC checks verification
- Analysed and computed data and recorded information
- Applied laboratory hygiene and safety procedures
- Grade 12
- Computer Literacy
- National Diploma In Quality Assurance/National Diploma In Food Technology
- 2-3 yrs + Experience working in a FMCG/Food manufacturing sector
- Knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Act is a must
- Knowledge of FSSC 22000 Food Safety Management System
