Drive end-to-end incubation and commercial delivery of innovation platforms in China, working cross-functionally to build and execute scalable, market-ready business models.
Responsibilities- Lead incubation and revenue delivery of innovation platforms across priority channels and consumption occasions
- Translate early-stage ideas into scalable commercial models and GTM strategies
- Develop test-and-learn frameworks and replicable playbooks to accelerate speed and de-risk scaling
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, R&D, Insights, Supply) and key customers to deliver outcomes
- Partner with Innovation Head and global teams to prioritize, refine, and roll out innovation bets across markets
- Build external partnerships and ensure financial discipline and ROI tracking for incubation investments
- 5~10 years in Marketing / Customer Marketing / Premium channel private lable management
- Proven experience in building and scaling new businesses or innovation platforms
- Strong commercial and revenue ownership mindset
- Experience operating without direct teams, influencing senior stakeholders
- Experience in channel / customers especially private lable experience preferred
