The employee will work in a shift-based system and be responsible for a series of operations related to gas cylinder production, including inspection, assembly, gas filling, and related ancillary tasks.Individuals who enjoy working with machinery are especially welcome and may be assigned as maintenance staff within the manufacturing team.Employees who are motivated to obtain the High-Pressure Gas Production Safety Supervisor License (Class C) will have opportunities for promotion to a leadership position.
ResponsibilitiesUnder the direction of the Plant Manager, the employee will perform the following duties:
- Based on daily production instructions and under the supervision of a team leader, carry out a series of operations related to gas cylinder manufacturing, including inspection, assembly, gas filling, preparation of equipment and materials, and material handling.
- Operate and maintain equipment in the factory or warehouse areas, and prepare items for distribution.
- Assemble and inspect product components, ensure all machinery operates smoothly, and support proper shipment of all items.
- As most tasks involve operating production machinery, operate equipment only after passing the required skills and competency tests.
- Perform minor maintenance and operation of machinery used in the manufacturing process.
- As a material operator, transport products, packaging materials, and raw materials between the production line, packaging area, shipping/receiving docks, and warehouse areas, ensuring that the correct materials are delivered to the correct locations in the required quantities to maintain smooth and continuous operations.
- Organize the packaging and return areas, and load or unload trailers.
- Provide training and technical guidance on manufacturing operations to temporary or dispatched staff working alongside the team.
- Maintain order and cleanliness (5S) in assigned work areas, and strive to ensure workplace safety and product quality.
- Mandatory: Valid ordinary driver’s license (required for commuting).
- Preferred: High-Pressure Gas Production Safety Supervisor License(Class C – Chemical, or Class B or higher).
