We´re looking for the Mercadolibre Lead for Sodastream Argentina (part of PepsiCo Beverage BU).

This role will be responsible for leading the Brand growth effort to scale and boost our Official Store within Mecardolibre Marketplace.

Reporting to Sodastream Argentina Head of E-commerce, we are seeking a specialist with deep knowledge of Mercado Libre to implement high-impact strategies that enhance product positioning, drive visibility, and maximize commercial growth

Your Impact

  • Lead Sodastream MELI Official Store
  • Responsible for maintaining MELI KPIs and SLAs while ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
  • Ensure continuous catalog optimization and consistency.
  • Monitor daily performance, sell-out, and profitability to achieve monthly targets.
  • Work with Marketing to develop the Communication Campaigns for Mercado Ads
  • Manage and monitor Mercado Ads Campaigns (including budget control)
  • Prepare regular reports to inform decision making
  • Collaborate closely with content, media, and logistics partners to ensure frictionless operations.
  • Coordinate promotional plans, commercial calendars (Cyber, Hot Sale, etc.), pricing, and inventory needs with internal teams.
  • Analyze metrics, competitor activity, and user behavior to identify business opportunities.
  • Propose strategic improvements to reach sales and profitability goals within Mercado Libre.
Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

  • 2-4 years of experience in E-Commerce (required) ideally working at or for Mercadolibre Marketplace
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales or related fields.
  • Proven experience managing E-Commmerce, D2C or Marketplaces.
  • Strong analytical skills with a performance-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in digital tools (Google Analytics, ad platforms, CRM, CMS).
  • Experience managing agencies and external partners.
  • Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and results-oriented profile.
  • Deep understanding of Marketplace dynamics and search ranking (SEO/positioning) algorithms.
  • Experience in Mercado Ads and digital marketing campaigns
  • Experience in omnichannel marketing, attribution methodologies, ROI measurement & Experimentation.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Advanced English (required)
