Responsibilities

The Opportunity

We´re looking for the Trade Marketing Lead for our Sodastream Business Unit (part of PepsiCo Beverage BU).

This role will be responsible for end-to-end Trade Marketing for Sodastream portfolio in Argentina. You will be asked to design and execute well-defined Channel & Category programs & activities to support achievement of volume growth and share ambition & bring to life Sodastream’s Perfect Store agenda in the market.

This role reports to Sodastream Argentina Head of Commercial.

Your Impact

  • Create a winning Trade Marketing strategy for Sodastream Argentina consistent with Sodastream's Perfect Store principles and agenda. Deploy and execute the strategy.Developing execution plan of POSM materials in-line with agreed sales & marketing Plan
  • Lead POSM execution for Modern & Traditional Trade Channels
  • Prepare reports to enable decision making and action plans to improve TM Execution
  • Implement Perfect Store model and continuous improvements
  • Perfect Store governance, reporting and follow
  • Work with agency to design POSM that translates brand’s campaign key message into relevant BTL communication for driving awareness and consideration among shoppers
  • Leader of Category strategy and execution plans for Customers
  • Implement the main steps for category development: assortment + planogram and measurement of results
  • Ensuring an execution aligned with shopper's purchase decision tree, ensuring compliance with fair share based on sales
  • Bring valuable insights to Sodastream based on evidence-based analytics and customer experiences
  • Responsible of POSM strategy, development, objectives and NR associated
  • Owns the Trade Marketing/POSM Budget and works with POSM Agencies
  • Perform in-store activation execution and share learnings and recommendations for future activations
  • Lead Merchan Strategy, Execution and Tracking. Works with Merchan Agencies Nationally
Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

  • 5/8+ years of relevant CPG experience in Trade Marketing and/or Sales
  • Degree qualified in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills, with experience in collaborating with distributors and retailers, and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Highly analytical - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint is required
  • English knowledge (required)
