Responsibilities

THE OPPORTUNITY

We´re looking for the Head of Marketing for our Sodastream Business Unit (part of PepsiCo Beverage BU).

This role will be responsible for leading the Marketing Team, build a strategic vision, set the agenda and ensure strength of execution to deliver both short-term and long-term results.

This position reports into Argentina Sodastream General Manager and has 2 reports.

THE IMPACT

  • Define & Execute the Annual Activity/Marketing Plan
  • Responsible for growing Brand Awareness and Demand Generation to deliver the AOP Targets (annual operating plan)
  • Accountable for A&M Budget to maximize ROI behind initiatives and making trade-offs to fuel growth
  • Establish and track Marketing & Digital KPIs, leveraging consumer insights and market data to optimize performance
  • Develop & Execute Creative multi-media channels Campaigns by working close with Media and Creative agencies
  • Lead the Influencers Marketing Strategy/Execution and the UGC Content generation
  • Work with HQ (Marcomm, Category Teams, R&D) to deliver NPD launches OTIF and lead the GTM for each initiative
  • Work with local Sales, Commercial, LD&T, E-Commerce & Finance to deliver business results
  • Manage, coach and develop direct reports and play a broader leadership role within the Business Unit Management Team
Qualifications

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • 8–10+ years of experience in Marketing within FMCG companies.
  • Proven track record of delivering brand development results (Penetration, Market Share, Awareness)
  • Experience building brand & marketing strategies
  • Experienced Integrated communications and using marketing mix elements like: shopper marketing, digital marketing, media planning and content creation
  • Strong strategic mindset and ability to distil complex tasks into simple and compelling strategies
  • Strong commercial & Consumer insight acumen with proven track record in FMCG
  • Agency Management Experience
  • A&M management/accountability
  • Inspirational leader with “can do” attitude with solid strategic, analytic and execution skills
  • Self-starter with a high sense of urgency and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Strong and effective communication skills including verbal, written and presentation
  • Advanced English (required).
