To continue our success, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Marketplace/ Retail Sr Coordinator's role.

In this role you will deliver category growth across all customers by selling against commercial and customer plans to secure distribution, displays, and promotional support, while using insights to influence key sales drivers such as share of shelf, off-location displays, and front-end execution. You will drive profitability through effective product mix management, pre-sell promotional and seasonal activity to ensure stock availability, and leverage category insights to improve in‑store execution, including Gondola Ends. You will also liaise with third-party broker resources to ensure consistent and high-quality execution of all sales activity.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Territory & Customer Management: Manage a diverse territory across Woolworths, Coles, independent supermarkets, licensed, and convenience outlets to deliver mutual growth and full compliance to journey plans.
  • Relationship & Influence: Build strong relationships with store managers to influence inventory levels, allocations, and display execution, using insights to secure incremental and compliant displays.
  • Execution of Strategy & NPD: Deliver all commercial calendar initiatives and new product introductions, ensuring planogram compliance, in-store standards, and staff awareness.
  • Data‑Driven Performance: Leverage store scan data and business reviews to identify sales opportunities, measure effectiveness of activity, and communicate results to stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder & Resource Collaboration: Maintain tools of trade and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and third-party brokers to drive consistent execution across multiple channels and sites.
Qualifications

About you:

  • Understand all elements of the customer supply chain to be able to influence On Shelf Availability
  • Able to identify in-store sales growth opportunities against key Blueprint objectives and put a plan in place to improve in-store execution
  • Able to understand, interpret and use category facts in all aspects of customer interaction.
  • Able to have a natural selling conversation with the customer that results in them taking action.
  • Able to plan for and anticipate customer objections and resolve using negotiation techniques in the sales presentation.
  • Able to use retail maths within a selling situation or conversation with retailer
