1. Lead the DX Insights agenda
- Build a strong DX insights roadmap covering shopper, customer, channel understanding;
- Ensure insights are translated into practical recommendations and embedded into business planning and execution;
- Act as the key insights partner for DX / Commercial leadership;
- Lead Insights WCCE agenda (Discoveries T2T, Growth Summits, Cat Vision).
2. Generate actionable shopper, customer and channel insights
- Lead shopper studies;
- Identify growth opportunities through better understanding of customers specifics missions, triggers, barriers and occasions;
- Develop insight-based recommendations for customer engagement.
3. Build data capabilities and data usability
- Simplify and integrate multiple data sources to create clear and actionable business narratives (Sellout synchro project);
- Improve usability of commercial sell-out data for day-to-day decisions;
- Translate complex datasets into concise recommendations for stakeholders.
4. Support commercial growth
- Partner with Commercial and Category teams to identify whitespace opportunities and unlock category growth;
- Contribute to annual planning, AOP Channel forecasting;
- Support stronger customer engagement through insight-led solutions relevant to retailer priorities.
- Higher education
- Experience in Insights 5+ years; commercial (DX, RGM) experience is a plus
- Proven ability to influence and align cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
- Strong strategic thinking and storytelling skills
- Strong analytical skills: ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Project management skills and ability to drive initiatives end-to-end
- English — upper-intermediate and above
