Overview
Support the China Sales organization with day-to-day sales administration, reporting, and execution tracking. Key responsibilities include communication and coordination with the RU field sales team, data/reporting support, meeting coordination, and ad hoc administrative and data-related support.
Responsibilities
Support Division RU on AOP breakdown and LE breakdown/adjustments.
Provide RU data support, including daily/weekly/monthly reports.
Track RU execution progress, including key initiatives such as Liangjian.
Monitor critical projects during special holidays and support UM ad hoc requests.
Provide logistics and coordination support for RU meetings, including monthly meetings, annual meetings, and distributor conferences.
Manage RU/AU office lease administration, including rent payment, renewal, and relocation/change of lease.
Calculate quarterly bonus SDV for RU UM/TDM/TDS.
Calculate special bonus SDV for RU UM/TDM/TDS.
Calculate bonus payouts for RU MD.
Calculate achievement for “PepsiCo. Top 100” for RU/TDM/TDS.
Support RU with ad hoc data requests and temporary administrative tasks.
Allocate, collect, and track TM+GTM projects.
Manage POSM allocation, collection, and stock-out / dispatch tracking.
Qualifications

Key Skills/Experience Required

Degree qualified with min. 2 years’ experience within FMCG company
Builds robust and successful working relationships
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable with large sets of data and reporting tools
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office programs
