To continue our success, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Systems Coordinator for our Quaker Oats, Forrestfield site.

Reporting to the Quality Manager; this role ensure policies, systems and procedures are in place for Food Safety & Quality Management Systems(FSQMS) to enable the site to be compliant at all times.

Responsibilities
  • Review and monitor Integrated Pest Management (IPM) programs on a regular basis by undertaking activities such as annual gap analysis, verification of Pest Control Officer (PCO) reports, performing trend analysis and report writing.
  • Maintain and review all documentation relevant to Food Safety Quality Management System (FSQMS)
  • Support Quality Manager, collaborate with production team, relevant stakeholders and help lead HACCP team
  • Coordinate, develop and deliver food safety training related to the FSQ programs across the site.
  • Coordinate and conduct quality audits to meet requirements of Food Safety & Quality (FSQ) programs; Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), AIBI, FSSC and report findings on timely basis
  • Provide support in customer complaint investigation and reporting
Qualifications
  • Certificate IV in Food Science and technology and/or equivalent qualifications
  • Experience in a food manufacturing or similar role for at least3 years
  • HACCP certification
  • Internal Auditor qualifications (not essential but desirable)
  • Authorised Officer Training to be completed within 12 months of commencement in the role
