ResponsibilitiesThe Opportunity
We are looking for a high-impact, people-focused leader to join our MCC organization as a Supply Chain Manufacturing & Logistics Manager.
This role manages a large and complex operation of 60+ FTEs, with direct leadership of multiple coordinators and indirect responsibility across a broader network. It plays a critical role in ensuring operational excellence across inventory management, client claims, accounts receivable, and 3rd party operations.
Beyond execution, this role is instrumental in driving transformation, building capabilities, and strengthening a high-performing team culture, partnering with cross-functional and global stakeholders across North America.
Your Impact
End-to-End Operational Ownership
- Drive performance across 46+ warehouses ensuring inventory accuracy (physical & system alignment across SAP/WMS).
- Oversee global client claims (Amazon, Walmart) ensuring dispute resolution while protecting company revenue (>$6MM annual impact).
- Lead Accounts Receivable processes across 200+ locations, ensuring reconciliation integrity and preventing revenue leakage (~$120MM scope).
- Own 3rd party operations processes, including vendor management, order receiving, refusals, damaged goods, and data governance.
Data-Driven Transformation
- Leverage analytics, dashboards (Power BI), and SAP insights to identify process gaps and optimization opportunities.
- Reduce operational complexity by streamlining fragmented processes across multiple stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, scalability, and service quality.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Act as a key partner across Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Service, and external stakeholders.
- Manage a high volume stakeholder ecosystem (50+ partners across NA) ensuring alignment and service delivery.
- Support and co-lead MCC-wide initiatives focused on capability building and operational excellence.
People Leadership
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of leaders and individual contributors (60+ organization).
- Build a transparent, collaborative, and accountable culture, driving engagement and high performance.
- Ensure team alignment across a complex and evolving structure, maintaining strong communication and clarity.
- Develop future talent pipelines and strengthen leadership capabilities within the team.
Who Are We Looking For?
- Fluent in English (oral and written skills)
- 8 years of experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Logistics operations
- 3 years of people management experience.
- Proven experience managing large teams and complex organizational structures
- Experience working with fragmented processes and multiple stakeholders
- SAP Knowledge
- Power Bi - Data visualization tools
- Advanced Excel
- Ability to influence without authority across senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills with a clear, concise, and impactful style
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on process optimization and decision-making
