Job Overview:-

The role partners closely with the ANZ Franchise team, ANZ bottling partners, and the PepsiCo International Beverages team to drive sustainable growth across the franchise system.

As Commercial Capability Manager, you will strengthen commercial decisionmaking by building and sustaining capabilities in Revenue Growth Management (RGM) and Demand Acceleration (DX) in close partnership with bottlers. You will shape and govern franchisewide commercial planning, strategic priority initiatives, and capability development, acting as a strategic thought partner to commercial teams and translating global best practices into consistent local execution.

Responsibilities
  1. Franchise Planning, Governance & Performance Reviews

  1. Owning and evolving core franchise planning and review processes (e.g. multiyear planning, annual business planning, and business review inputs), ensuring clarity of structure, disciplined thinking, and alignment across PepsiCo and bottler teams.

  1. Strategic Integration, Analysis & Decision Enablement

  1. Leading and contributing to defined priority commercial initiatives, where deeper analysis, structured problem solving, and crossfunctional coordination are required to resolve specific questions or unlock decision clarity.

  1. Being a robust strategic thinking partner to commercial, marketing, RGM, and finance teams by stresstesting assumptions, sharpening tradeoffs, to enable clear decision making.

  1. Commercial Capability Development & BestPractice Adoption

  1. Leading the development, assessment, and adoption of commercial capabilities, with a strong focus on Revenue Growth Management (RGM) and Demand Acceleration (DX), including capability assessments, roadmaps, and sustained ways of working.

  1. Facilitating the transfer and local adoption of best practices and learnings across the franchise system, leveraging PepsiCo sector and global insights where relevant.

Qualifications
    • Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Market Research, or Finance
    • 9+ years of commercial experience in areas such as Revenue Growth Management, strategy, category/portfolio management, or capability development, ideally within a complex, matrixed, or franchisebased organization
