Overview

-Develop executional brand development plans for flavorsbrands by providing insightful performance analysis andindication, and by implementing marketing plans with -excellence in execution.-Co-create and lead promotional activities by closelyworking with PBB team and internal functions to ignitetrade enthusiasm and push for sales results.-Co-develop Mirinda innovation projects by collaboratingwith internal functions and PBB partners and getalignments with stakeholders to ensure successful and ontime launches.-Manage A&M budget and contracts to assure full alliancewith financial control policies and executed according toChina region DOA.

Responsibilities

-Implement key marketing campaign and activities. Thecampaigns shall well balance brand short-term and longterm development goals. It’s tracked through brand KPIs,-shipment results and MU on-ground events acceptanceand execution levels.-Develop quarterly marketing campaigns by managinginternal and external resources and getting alignmentswith PBB.-Develop long/short-term brand development plansincluding innovation roadmaps, and achieve internal andexternal alignments in SBP and AOP processes. The plansshall -well reflect strategic business needs and consumerinsights. As result, campaigns shall meet brand andcampaign KPIs including improving brand awareness andbrand I love, and shall help brand to achieve sales target.-A&M budget control and application process shall be wellmanaged with full alliance with financial control policies.As an important member in flavors team, the person shallperform as a great team player and contribute to flavorsteam growth.

Qualifications

-Literacy in both spoken & written Chinese a must;-University degree;-5 years experience in marketing field;-Strong strategic thinking with an analytical mind;-Brand-building development experience required;-Advertising development and execution experiencerequired;-Media planning and execution capability required;-Innovation & project management experience required;-Strong sense of creative instinct and judgment, in-tunewith teen values / culture / trends;-Strong presentation and persuasion skills;-Drives for results and establishes priorities;

-Sound attention for details without losing focus on bigpicture;-Passionate in growing brand and in taking on businesschallenges;-Self-motivated personal leadership;-Collaboration and communicates productively.-Team player with flexibility to assess situations and issuesfrom different angles;-Desire and capacity to coach and transfer skill/knowledgeto others;-Possession of highest personal integrity and standards;
