Dare for Tomorrow is a two-year contracted program, offering enhanced growth opportunities through a well-constructed development program, with a focus on gaining expertise in the related function.

We are looking for a Dare for Tomorrow to join our Revenue Growth Management team in Istanbul.

  1. Online Application (15 May - 7 June): You will complete the online application with filling out a brief form including the details of your profile.
  2. Video Interview (9 - 15 June): You will complete a video interview consisting of 3 short questions about your motivation and abilities
  3. Face-to-Face Assessment (6 - 17 July): You will be invited to a face-to-face assessment at PepsiCo Headquarters where you will experience analyzing a business case in a group discussion
  4. Interview (23 - 29 July): You will have a chance to share more about yourself in a meeting with your future line manager.

Responsibilities
  • Help Revenue Grotwh Management (RGM) Manager to implement 3-5 year RGM Advance Analytics Capability plans working closely with commercial teams.
  • Implement Price Elasticity (PE) model refresh, ensure accurate data supply, proper model check and drive insights to fuel pricing decisions for RGM Category teams.
  • Fuel mix reviews with accurate analysis and timely inputs and help Category team to optimize pack price mix.
  • Implement/ Refresh Post-Event Analytics (PEA) model, ensure accurate data supply and proper model check in order to drive key insights and guidance to review guardrails with RGM Category lead.
  • Partner with the Insights team and International Revenue Growth Management (IRGM), as well as external agencies to define the next generation approach to Pack, Price & Promotional research, data & optimisation techniques, including leverage of big data and development of a “personalised value” proposition.
  • Consolidating and mapping data sources (internal & external) combined with market leading analytics to drive real time insight in order to gain competitive advantage.
  • Support RGM Category manager to prepare Annual Operating Plan (AOP) Pack Price Architecture (PPA) plans and plan/execute Pack Price for new product launches and value projects.
  • Track consumer, market, shopper insights to fuel PPA plans with key insights.
  • Work with Marketing teams for the right Pack Price for new product launches.
  • Lead deep-dives to fully understand and address performance issues (by product/ account).
Qualifications
  • Fresh graduates or professionals with a maximum 1 year of working experience (Note that you can apply if you will graduate before August 2026)
  • Fluent in both English and Turkish
  • Agile approach to work in a dynamic environment
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
