Dare for Tomorrow is a two-year contracted program, offering enhanced growth opportunities through a well-constructed development program, with a focus on gaining expertise in the related function.

We are looking for a Dare for Tomorrow to join our Supply Chain team in Kocaeli - Suadiye Plant.

  1. Online Application (15 May - 7 June): You will complete the online application with filling out a brief form including the details of your profile.
  2. Video Interview (9 - 15 June): You will complete a video interview consisting of 3 short questions about your motivation and abilities
  3. Face-to-Face Assessment (6 - 17 July): You will be invited to a face-to-face assessment at PepsiCo Headquarters where you will experience analyzing a business case in a group discussion
  4. Interview (23 - 29 July): You will have a chance to share more about yourself in a meeting with your future line manager.
  5. Welcome to PepsiCo! (15 September)
Responsibilities
  • Support of mechanical/electrical maintenance team.
  • Support of plant’s predictive and preventive maintenance.
  • Support implementation of quality, safety, improvement and resource conservation projects.
  • Take necessary actions in plant for working in high level AIB, IPS, GEHSMS standards.
  • Make the criticality analysis for the plant for continuous running of the lines.
  • Support of the energy resources.
  • Report and control energy, downtime, maintenance cost, safety and projects KPIs.
  • Support of industrial equipment and utilities.
  • Support of plant automation agenda
  • Support the FM Global audits and take actions for the improvements.
  • Support for the PeMM assessment value drivers.
  • Take the responsibilities of plants OPEX agenda.
  • Support and improve online energy monitoring system.
  • Follow up plant’s lean agenda.
Qualifications
  • Fresh graduates or professionals with a maximum 1 year of working experience (Note that you can apply if you will graduate before August 2026)
  • Bachelor's Degree at Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering and Industrial Engineering
  • Fluent in both English and Turkish
  • Agile approach to work in a dynamic environment
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
