We are looking for a senior procurement professional who is passionate about logistics and supply chain — someone who challenges the status quo, thrives in dynamic environments, and sees procurement as a long-term career path.

In this role, you will strategically manage the end-to-end procurement process for logistics goods and services, driving operational efficiency, cost competitiveness, and supplier performance aligned with business objectives.

You will also own the full contract lifecycle management within the Mexican market — a high-visibility position with strong potential for career growth within a global procurement organization.

Responsibilities

Responsabilities:

  • Category & Sourcing: Support fleet sourcing strategies, lead RFPs, negotiations, and contract implementation with local suppliers and operational teams.
  • Supplier Management: Manage day-to-day supplier relationships, track KPIs, and drive continuous improvement in cost, service, and quality.
  • Supply & Risk: Ensure operational continuity, proactively identify risks and escalate with mitigation recommendations.
  • Value Delivery: Execute sourcing initiatives to meet annual productivity targets, identify TCO improvements and cash flow opportunities.
  • Planning & Tracking: Contribute to AOP commitments, track performance vs. plan, and provide variance analysis.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Align sourcing activities with fleet and operational needs across internal teams and business priorities.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor local market trends, supplier capabilities, and industry developments to inform sourcing decisions.
  • Process & Improvement: Apply standard sourcing processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and ways of working.
  • Communication & Influence: Effectively communicate recommendations and risks to peers and leadership within a matrix organization.
Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years in fleet, procurement, or supply chain
  • Knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes
  • Experience leading or participating in transformation projects
  • TCO analysis for supplier/sourcing decisions
  • Strong analytics and negotiation skills
  • Cross-functional collaboration and influencing without authority
  • Advanced English
