Обязанности:
  • Preparation and execution of Annual Operational Plan for the eCom
  • Preparation and execution of the Joint Business plan with Key partners
  • Responsible for the improving brand presence and brand awareness
  • Сustomer management, sales development and execution
  • Lead sale out reporting process (based on the eCom customers data)
  • Execute trading calendar and sales activation plan
  • Align promo-mechanics with clients. Fix product basics for customers based on the guidelines
  • Analyze and recommend best practices and opportunities in sales activations and e-commerce
  • Own the online/digital customer relationships with key retailers to become a trusted advisor, creating strategic partnerships which have long term aspirations to be strategic alliances with retailers
  • Creating and monthly updating promo library (before and post promo analysis, ROI, etc.)
  • Lead and deliver eCommerce Test & Learn initiatives against joint priorities to drive future growth in in the market
  • Develop deep understanding of the merchant portfolio from internal and external data/insights
  • Branded presence in eshop enhance. Leads quality of product description in eshops, categorization, search visibility, shop-in-shop, control and evaluate the work of customer content teams
  • Ensure strategic effective partnership with customers on day-to-day basis
  • Work closely with sales teams on strategic/growth levers for the eCom
Требования:
  • Background in e-commerce 2-3 years
  • Sales expertise not less than 2 years
  • Proven experience and track record of exceptional Sales performance within a B2C or B2B environment
  • Proven expertise in digital strategies execution
  • Excellent communication skills - engage and influence multiple stakeholders to build strong working relationships internally and externally
  • Proactive approach - drive online sales and customer engagement whilst taking others with you
  • Analytical skills – create robust analysis and meaningful insights to drive actions and highlight opportunities
  • Strong track record of over delivery against commercial targets
  • Innovative and entrepreneurial focus
  • English level - Upper-intermediate + (read, write, good presentation skills)
