Overview
  • Control potato quality from Receiving, Storage, and delivery to Production according to quality standards.
  • Monitor potato condition in each storage room and support proper allocation for Production requirements and product grade.
  • Investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and follow up corrective actions.
  • Supervise Frontline (F/G/H) and outsource teams to ensure compliance with WI, Food Safety, and Quality standards.
  • Prepare and review quality reports, defect trends, storage conditions, and operational data.
  • Support Food Safety and Quality audits such as AIB, GMP, HACCP, and self-audit activities.
  • Ensure inspection tools, laboratory equipment, and quality systems are properly maintained and ready for use.
  • Coordinate with Production, Storage, Inventory, and related teams to support smooth operation and shift handover.
  • Communicate operational issues, quality risks, and frontline feedback to supervisors.
  • Support team development through OJT, coaching, and quality knowledge sharing.
Responsibilities
  • Ensure potato quality complies with Potato Receiving Standards, PI requirements, and PC harmonization standards.
  • Reduce defect, reject, complaint, and quality loss related to raw potatoes and storage conditions.
  • Support proper raw potatoes allocation to optimize production efficiency and minimize downtime risk.
  • Maintain Food Safety and Quality system compliance and support successful audit results.
  • Support stable Production operation through effective quality monitoring and issue management.
  • Build frontline quality ownership and strengthen operational discipline.
  • Develop frontline and outsource team capability in Quality, Food Safety, and Problem Solving.
  • Promote a culture of quality ownership, discipline, and teamwork in operations.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and performance follow-up for frontline teams.
  • Support effective communication and smooth shift handover between operations teams.
  • Strengthen collaboration with Production, Inventory, Storage, and cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in food science, Agro-Industry, Science, or related field
  • Knowledge of Food Safety, GMP, HACCP, AIB, and Quality systems
  • Able to work in shift operation and under pressure
