- Control potato quality from Receiving, Storage, and delivery to Production according to quality standards.
- Monitor potato condition in each storage room and support proper allocation for Production requirements and product grade.
- Investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and follow up corrective actions.
- Supervise Frontline (F/G/H) and outsource teams to ensure compliance with WI, Food Safety, and Quality standards.
- Prepare and review quality reports, defect trends, storage conditions, and operational data.
- Support Food Safety and Quality audits such as AIB, GMP, HACCP, and self-audit activities.
- Ensure inspection tools, laboratory equipment, and quality systems are properly maintained and ready for use.
- Coordinate with Production, Storage, Inventory, and related teams to support smooth operation and shift handover.
- Communicate operational issues, quality risks, and frontline feedback to supervisors.
- Support team development through OJT, coaching, and quality knowledge sharing.
- Ensure potato quality complies with Potato Receiving Standards, PI requirements, and PC harmonization standards.
- Reduce defect, reject, complaint, and quality loss related to raw potatoes and storage conditions.
- Support proper raw potatoes allocation to optimize production efficiency and minimize downtime risk.
- Maintain Food Safety and Quality system compliance and support successful audit results.
- Support stable Production operation through effective quality monitoring and issue management.
- Build frontline quality ownership and strengthen operational discipline.
- Develop frontline and outsource team capability in Quality, Food Safety, and Problem Solving.
- Promote a culture of quality ownership, discipline, and teamwork in operations.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and performance follow-up for frontline teams.
- Support effective communication and smooth shift handover between operations teams.
- Strengthen collaboration with Production, Inventory, Storage, and cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in food science, Agro-Industry, Science, or related field
- Knowledge of Food Safety, GMP, HACCP, AIB, and Quality systems
- Able to work in shift operation and under pressure
