The Opportunity

Drive continuous improvement strategy throughout the Transformation Organization, Process expert that provides process design subject matter expertise throughout the design and continual improvement of business processes and operations. Works with Process Owners, Project Manager, Design Leads, Functional Leads and SME´s, and to create and support creating new business processes and improve existing ones.

Your Impact

As Transformation Sr Supervisor your responsibilities would consist of …

• Work with Process Owners and Design Leads to develop and/or improve processes
• Works with Process Owners to create and support new business processes and improve existing ones
• Contribute with an end-to-end approach in every program, project, or initiative and its connection with the Enterprise Process Model (EPM)
• Design and maintain LatAm PepsiCo Process Taxonomy aligned to the EPM.
• Identify opportunities to improve the business processes.
• Support the definition of roles and responsibilities involved in business processes.

Who Are We Looking For?

• Ability to handle high volume and multiple priorities
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Technical skills in process mapping (ARIS, VISIO)
• Process simplification capability without losing control.
• Strong internal and external customer orientation.
• Ability to influence and build consensus across stakeholders.
