Responsibilities

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Forecast Sr. Manager to lead the design, development, and governance of advanced statistical models that drive global demand forecasting strategies. This highly technical and strategic role connects forecasting science with business outcomes, supporting multiple sectors including Snacks, Beverages, Foods, and Dairy across the U.S. and Middle East regions.

As part of the Supply Chain Modelling team, this position acts as the integration point between Data Science, COEs, and Sector Operations, overseeing large-scale forecasting initiatives and leading a team that delivers insights through modeling, SQL analysis, and Power BI. The role requires flexibility to operate across time zones and manage a fast-moving portfolio of at least 12 concurrent projects.

Your Impact

As a Forecast & Statistical Modeling Sr. Manager, you will:

  • Lead the development and optimization of statistical and machine learning models to drive forecast accuracy across global sectors.
  • Guide and mentor a team of technical experts, providing direction on algorithms, model performance, and data analysis best practices.
  • Integrate cross-functional data (sales, marketing, finance, supply chain) into unified demand signals to improve baseline forecasts.
  • Manage the alignment and implementation of forecast modeling initiatives across regions and categories.
  • Oversee governance activities and performance tracking of forecasting tools and methodologies.
  • Work closely with key global stakeholders in the U.S., Middle East, and other markets, adapting working hours to support multi-region collaboration.
  • Drive continuous improvement of forecast accuracy and support downstream KPIs such as inventory optimization and service levels.
  • Perform in-depth data analysis using SQL and develop dashboards and performance trackers in Power BI.
Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

  • Fluent in English
  • 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, with at least 8 years in Forecasting or Advanced Modelling roles.
  • High and strong experience with Statistical Modeling techniques such as Exponential Smoothing, ARIMA, Bayesian, Regression techniques, including new Machine Learning solutions and Artificial Intelligence algorithms.
  • Solid experience in SQL and Power BI; ability to guide technical team members.
  • Familiarity with forecasting tools and ERP systems; experience with BluYonder or equivalent is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to bridge the gap between technical modeling and business impact.
  • Comfortable working across multiple time zones and leading alignment efforts across diverse global teams.
  • High exposure working with Global markets (US / LATAM / APAC / EMEA)
  • Bachelor Degree in Math, Computer Sciences, Economics/Econometrics, Engineering, and/or Statistics.
