Responsibilities

Job Overview: The main purpose of this role is to load flour and bran into tankers/trucks.

Monitor machine efficiency.
Check vitamin dosages and quality.
Assist Miller with maintenance at plantsifters, filters and Conveyors.
Perform all other duties assigned by Miller.
Prepare moisture and quality reports and control sheets when required.
Report deviation to the Miller.
Proactively prevent chokes and downtime.
Operate Mill Scada.
Flexibility to learn from the Silo, Lab and Packing to have a full understanding of the whole process.
Relieve Miller when necessary.
Maintain housekeeping.
Maintain food safety and hygiene standards.
