Overview

A new Food Venture team is established in China to expand our brands into new AFH and meal occasions. It will execute the global Food Ventures strategy with a local lens, developing scalable, culturally relevant, and consumer-first business models while leading AFH sales end to end. With the new team setup, the commercial team will cover full channels in AFH including both KA management and IDT distributor business (including 4 AFH division teams), and the full portfolio solution including both packaged and culinary solutions.This setup requires this role to support the commercial team and sales director for sales planning and tracking, D&A tracking, performance review, data management, contract process, order tracking, sales forecast, KA customer support, etc. of all customers.

Responsibilities
  • Join the sales team to ensure accurate sales planning, fast track execution landing, build clear customized timeline to deliver sales KPIs on time
  • Lead data analysis to build weekly and monthly performance tracking and reporting including customer off-take analysis report, D&A / A&M spending, support sales director for region and global sales performance tracking and reporting
  • Provide FCST visibility via co-working with sales, customer, division sales teams
  • Manage sales data, customer data, be the expert for internal system, work closely with internal cross function teams, including sales, TM, finance, CSSC, strategy
  • Champion and embed GCS understanding, control, ownership and execution within GCR to achieve an effective audit rating
  • Support sales team for contracting, customer coordination, marketing events and other team management work
Qualifications
  • 3+ years experience in FMCG sales function, have good understanding about sales channels, KA management, AFH channels experience would be plus
  • Expert in MS skills, especially excel, ppt
  • Good communication skill, be able to work with cross function teams effectively and efficiently, including BU sales, division sales, trade marketing, marketing, finance, strategy, etc.
  • Proactive, strong willing to learn, open minded
