Overview

Job Location: Birmingham

The job holder is responsible for ensuring the route has the right people in the right place with the right skills at the right time. A key element of this role is ensuring the route is managed in the most efficient way.

The job holder will have the following direct reports:- 7 x Sales Development Representatives

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for full line management of sales Development representatives to include:
  • 1:1’s and work with.
  • Accountable for SDR KPI performance management.
  • Responsible for working with the team to ensure training plans reflect Development requirements.
  • Responsible for ensuring efficient call base management.
  • Carries out investigations and disciplinary where appropriate.
  • Responsible for financial reconciliation of all banking and policy procedures.
  • Responsible for RTW management as appropriate.
  • Responsible for any new Hires.

  • Experience in a field sales environment
  • Strong analytical skills integrity
  • Strong Team worker and contributor.
  • Flexible, ‘can do,’ attitude to role and duties.
  • Results driven and understands the link between action & results.
  • Ability to manage Multiple agendas
