Job Location: Birmingham
The job holder is responsible for ensuring the route has the right people in the right place with the right skills at the right time. A key element of this role is ensuring the route is managed in the most efficient way.
The job holder will have the following direct reports:- 7 x Sales Development Representatives
Responsibilities- Responsible for full line management of sales Development representatives to include:
- 1:1’s and work with.
- Accountable for SDR KPI performance management.
- Responsible for working with the team to ensure training plans reflect Development requirements.
- Responsible for ensuring efficient call base management.
- Carries out investigations and disciplinary where appropriate.
- Responsible for financial reconciliation of all banking and policy procedures.
- Responsible for RTW management as appropriate.
- Responsible for any new Hires.
- Experience in a field sales environment
