Обязанности:
  • Ensure continuous improvement and compliance of the Quality & Food Safety Management System (ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, GMP/GLP), including internal audits, documentation control, cross-functional implementation, and deployment of standards (DNV, AIB, FSSC 22000, HACCP); lead HACCP activities and risk assessments for new products/changes and validate controls for microbiological, chemical, physical, and allergen hazards;
  • Define a risk-based QC/FS control plan across the supply chain;
  • Manage delivery of the Quality function across the category and assigned manufacturing sites, providing expert and leadership support to regional leadership teams to achieve the business plan;
  • Provide functional leadership to snacks Quality Control & Food Safety teams to ensure the market is supplied with high-quality products that meet customer and consumer demand;
  • Implement and standardize category Quality & Food Safety approaches, standards, procedures, and processes; build functional capability through programs such as Quality University and SC College;
  • Ensure consistent performance of Quality organizations across snack sites and oversee QMS/Food Safety systems;
  • Own key Q&FS priorities: deliver and analyze KPIs and trends, define action plans for critical gaps, support plant improvement programs (e.g., Reliability) to reduce risk and nonconforming product, deploy sector/global Q&FS programs, share best practices, and set quality targets for sites;
  • Lead preparation for internal and external Q&FS audits (e.g., DNV, FSSC 22000, Lab IPS, GMP, GLP), track CAPA execution, support certification audits and lab accreditation/licensing, and ensure site labs comply with GLP;
  • Drive company Quality & Food Safety strategy at OU level; lead cross-functional teams to eliminate nonconformities and plan/deliver corrective and preventive actions;
  • Represent the business on Quality matters with regulatory authorities, support inspections across the region, and participate in court proceedings when required;
  • Monitor and analyze the regional Quality budget;
  • Support sales growth by promoting Quality & Food Safety with customers; plan and execute customer engagement activities and maintain external communications with trade associations, scientific institutes, and research centers;
  • Lead Quality support for new product development (NPD): risk assessment across TSG stages, validation/launch/testing governance, readiness for commercialization, line risk assessments for the current portfolio, and validation programs for innovations and CapEx Growth projects;
  • Lead response to major Quality incidents: manage product incident teams, plan and track corrective actions, assess effectiveness, and share learnings across sites and cross-functional teams.
Требования:
  • Education: Higher education (in food production/food technology, microbiology, chemistry, or related fields);
  • Work experience: More than 5 years of experience in the Food/Beverage/Dairy industry in Operations, R&D, or Quality. Supervisory/people-management experience is a plus;
  • Knowledge of Q&FSMS principles (ISO 9001, GFSI, FSSC 22000, ISO 17025) and requirements of GMP, GLP, and GHP;
  • Knowledge of key regulatory, legal, and industry requirements for the food industry, as well as PepsiCo requirements (standards, procedures) in food safety and quality;
  • Experience in developing and improving Quality and Food Safety systems;
  • Training in management and standards: ISO, HACCP, FSSC, GMP;
  • Knowledge of microbiological and physico-chemical food testing methods; hands-on experience in microbiological and physico-chemical testing is a plus;
  • Skills in cross-functional project management and negotiations;
  • Ability to manage a team located across different regions;
  • Confident PC user (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). Written and spoken English: Intermediate level.
